Design Image:

A modular shelving system that obviates the need for book ends. Each shelf is slanted at a small degree, allowing books (either standing or on their sides) to naturally lean against each other and stay in position—no heavy weights or angled metal pieces required! In the image, four shelving modules are shown, each comprising a column of four shelves. The owner can add as many columns as desired (height extensions could also be offered).

I've seen many designers use this idea, but I particularly like your modular use of the angled bookshelf!
Your structure might be easier to produce if you thought about trying to use 90 degree angles. Some thoughts. Could you achieve the same modular character from u-shaped boxes that are bolted together in a staggered pattern? I'm just thinking about how you'll manufacture the wedge shaped piece you have drawn, how that will look in real life as a detail (is it important?), how expensive it might be to manufacture this piece with all the angles, and whether you could simplify the design to where a cnc router could be used to manufacture it in 2 dimensions. I've designed pieces that LOOKED like they should be inexpensive, but actually required a lot of handwork to produce. What this meant was consumers were surprised by the cost. Seems like you could make some changes in your structure that would help you avoid this. What do you think?
Cool shelves. Very unique
