My design is called The Pocket Lounger. It got its name from the idea of having shelves and slots built into a bench/couch so that there was no need for end tables in a tight spot indoors or out. The lounger can be placed against a wall using the negative piece of plywood with a cushion, mounted to the wall behind the bench to be sat on upright. The negative rectangle slot in the middle of the lounger is a void for the customer to design their own shelves or even place their name or business name in. The depth and color is their choice as well, all relating to mass customization. The Pocket Lounger can be customized to the extent that each piece is unique to the customer and a one-of a kind piece of furniture.
